Gialina Pizzeria in Glen Park
Dinner with D @ Gialina Pizzeria before visiting her new pug pup.
Wild Arugula w/ Beets, Fennel, Goat Cheese & Pistachios
$18 salad will feed 4 hungry people. D and I killed this in just a few minutes.
Potato, Bacon, Red Onions, Rosemary & Gorgonzola Pie
D and I both thought the rosemary taste was a bit too strong.

Sauteed Pea Shoots
Ingredients
1 lb pea shoots (I found em at the SF Ferry Building Farmer's Market)
2 tablespoons olive oil or veggie oil
4 big garlic cloves, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon soy sauce (or 국간장)
salt & pepper
Directions
1. Add oil and sliced garlic to a big frying pan over low-medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
2. Add the cleaned pea shoots and cook/saute for 2-3 minutes. 3. Season with soy sauce, salt & pepper.
