1/2 onion (sliced), 2 green onions (sliced), 1 jalepeno (sliced)
1 carrot (sliced thinly), 1 zucchini (sliced thinly)
1 lb of small octopus - wash/rince with 1 tablespoon of salt. Cook for 15 seconds in boiling water; drain.
Sauce: 2 tbs of gochujang, 1 tbs gochugaru, 1 tbs soy sauce, 2 tsp minced garlic, 1 tsp ginger, 1 tbs mirin,
1/2 tbs sugar, 1 tbs corn syrup, salt & pepper
Combine cooked octopus with sauce.
Heat 1 tbs of oil. Add onions, carrots, and zucchini and cook for 3 minutes over high heat. Add the marinated octopus and stir-fry over high heat for 2 minutes.
계란찜이랑 먹으려고했는데 다 태워먹었다. ㅜ.ㅜ
