Fried Egg Over Rice (계란 밥)

Ingredients
1 bowl of rice
1 egg, cooked over easy
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon  furikake

Directions
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well.

  2. Simple yet delicious. Rice ...when I cook rice and decide to fry it i like to add in garlic with onions and caramelise it with some brown sugar, add in some chicken or if im in a bit of fishy mood i put some small anchovies :) put the rice together, mix it up toss a bit of soy sauce, a wee bit of sesame oil then the sliced egg omelette ..yummy !!
