Ginger Pork

Recipe adapted from 고베 밥상
Ingredients
1 lbs pork loin, thinly sliced and cut into bite size pieces
handful of shredded cabbage
marinade (mix all ingredients in a small bowl)
1 knob ginger, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon mirin
1 tablespoon cooking sake
1 tablespoon miso
1/2 tablespoon sugar

Directions
1) Marinate pork slices for at least 10 minutes
2) Add 1/2 tablespoon to a large pan over medium-high heat.
3) Stir-fry till all slices are cooked through.
4) Serve over shredded cabbage.

  1. I never add miso to my ginger pork, but I should try it. Sounds and looks good.

  2. I think miso definitely added more depth of flavor to the dish.
