Recipe adapted from Baked Kale
Ingredients
1 bunch kale
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
2. Remove the leaves from the thick stems and chop into bite size pieces. Wash and dry kale with salad spinner or paper towel. Drizzle kale with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
3. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
