  1. Your eggs are beautifully cooked. Did you season them with anything? Do you have an egg-frying pan? I've been meaning to get one, but owning a pan exclusively for cooking eggs seems like such a waste (of money and space). But I still want one.

  2. I added a couple pinches of salt. To avoid any ugly lumps in your cooked eggs, whisk and sieve the egg mixture before adding in the veggies. You should totally invest in a tamago pan. It makes the egg making experience so much more enjoyable(?). ;-)
