Squid with Oyster + Black Bean Sauce

Ingredients
1 squid, cut into rings and cooked in boiling water for about 10 seconds
1 tablespoon veggie oil
1/3 cup carrots
2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
1/3 cup bamboo shoots
2 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
1/4 onion, sliced
1 green onion, thinly sliced
3 Thai peppers
Sauce- mix the following ingredients in a bowl
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 1/2 tablespoon black bean sauce
1 tablespoon mirin
1-2 teaspoon fish sauce

Directions
1. Heat a wok or pan over high heat.  Add oil and garlic slices, onions and carrots.  Cook for 3 minutes.
2. Add squid, green onions, Thai peppers, bamboo shoots, and the sauce.  Cook for 2 minutes.
3. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top and serve over rice.  I also added a few drops of sesame seed oil.

    Bapsang means meal table in Korean.
